Study for Treatment of Atopic Dermatitis in Oriental Medical Prescription

Abstract

|
In Oriental Medicine, Atopic dermatitis(AD) belongs to the category of the Naesun, Taesun(÷ÃàÈ), Taeryumchang(÷ÃÖ°óê), Eczema(ã¥òÖ), Seupchang(ã¥óê), Samanpung(ÞÌضù¦), Chimumchang(öÙëâóê). The Basic Prescriptions which have been used for treatment of Atopic dermatitis are saengryusamultang(ßæÖùÞÌÚª÷·), Onchungeum(è®ôèëæ), Seungmagalgeuntang(ã®Ø«ÊçÐÆ÷·),Hoichunryangkyuksan(üÞõðÕØ̮ߤ), Doghengsan(Óôîåߤ), Pyungweesan(øÁêÖߤ), Heungbangpaedoksan(ûªÛÁø¨Ô¸ß¤), Goomigangharltang(Îúګ˶üÀ÷·), Baekhotang(ÛÜûÛ÷·), Gaegytang(Ìýò«÷·), Yukmigihyuangtang(ë»Ú«ò¢üÜ÷·). AD can divide three groups, Acute-Type, Semiacute-Type, Chronic-Type, according to it¡¯s condition. This study shows that it can be applicate Seungmagalgeuntang(ã®Ø«ÊçÐÆ÷·), Hoichunryangkyuksan(üÞõðÕØ̮ߤ), Doghengsan(Óôîåߤ), Heungbangpaedoksan(ûªÛÁø¨Ô¸ß¤), Goomigangharltang(Îúګ˶üÀ÷·), Baekhotang(ÛÜûÛ÷·), Gaegytang(Ìýò«÷·) for treatment of Acute-Type, Pyungweesan(øÁêÖߤ) for treatment of Semiacute-Type, and saengryusamultang(ßæÖùÞÌÚª÷·), Onchungeum(è®ôèëæ) for treatment of Chronic-Type.
